Setting up Angular Development Environment and Creating a new sample Angular application

Introduction: In this tutorial, we will learn how to setup the development environment.
Step 1: Download the latest version of NodeJS and Install.

Step 2: Now we need to install the Angular CLI from the npm. To do this, open command prompt ( windows key + R and type CMD and press enter)
Type the following command: npm install -g @angular/cli
Once its successfully installed, you are ready to start creating angular project. Step 3: To Create a new Angular Project, Type  ng new my-first-app

To run it locally, type
ng serve -o by default, it will be hosted locally with url : http://localhost:4200/
If you want to change the port,
ng serve --port 5200 -o

Solution to fix "Failed to unpack the Windows 10 IoT Core installation Package" in Windows 10 IoT Dashboard.

Step 1:
Open Command Prompt ( Press Windows key + R,  type CMD and Hit Enter ) Type lusrmgr command and Hit Enter

Step 2: 
Select Users
Right Click on Administrator and select Properties
Uncheck "Account is Disabled" and Click OK or Apply.
Set Password for Administrator: Again right click on Administrator and select Set Password
Click on Proceed
Type new Password and click OK
Click OK
Step 3:
Change Account, Sign-in into Administrator account
Click on Administrator
Step 4: Once you are logged into Administrator account, Run the setup.exe (Windows 10 IoT Core dashboard Setup file) again and you will able to flash Windows 10 IoT Core into Microsd card.
